2. Account Registration & Device Access
To complete a purchase and access your downloads, you must register using your active 10-digit mobile number and create a secure password.
- Your account belongs to you and is not tied to a single device. You may log in from your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
- You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity conducted through your registered mobile number is deemed to be authorized by you.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All eBooks, written content, guides, images, graphics, and trademarks published on this website are the sole intellectual property of Jankar Studio.
When you purchase an eBook, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user personal license. You may NOT resell, upload to file-sharing websites, distribute via Telegram/WhatsApp channels, rent, or publicly share the digital files. Unauthorized piracy is punishable under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. All prices displayed on product pages are clear and final. Your digital product is added to your account only after the payment is verified on our server.
5. Lifetime Download Access
We endeavor to maintain your purchase history and download links active in your library indefinitely. However, we encourage customers to save a local backup copy of their downloaded PDF files to their devices upon purchase.
6. Modifications to Service & Terms
Jankar Studio reserves the right to update product offerings, prices, and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website following any changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
